ContextWare Programmable Middleware

This paper presents creation, delivery and management of context-aware network services using programmable networks’ facilities. The solution provided is conceived as a ContextWare middleware between service customers, service providers and the underlying transport network. The main components of this middleware allow for context-aware service creation, service subscription server and a policy-based service customisation and management.
